Shipping, Tracking, & Returns

Shipping

USPS is the preferred method of shipping used unless your order is over 5 lbs in which case ups may be used. We do ship worldwide. Typical shipping time is from 3-10 business days after your order is created as I personally make and ship all products myself.

Please keep in mind that the pandemic has drastically affected the mail system for everyone. I can not be held responsible for your local mail losing, damaging, misplacing, or incorrectly delivering your package as I have no control over that and you would need to contact them directly.

 

Tracking

Upon placing your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation via the email you provided so please make sure that the email you enter is correct. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. When your order ships you will automatically be sent order shipment confirmation which will contain your tracking information.

Please do not lose this info if you wish to track your package. Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to register in the usps system to start showing results. If you have not received this email then your order is still being processed. 

 

Returns

Returns may be issued if a mistake is made on our part. Examples would be a different size, style, or color sent than what you chose on your order. All merchandise must be returned in new and unworn condition to the return address provided.

If the mistake was made on your part then you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Garments sales are final unless the mistake was made by us.

Please keep in mind that we are still going through a world wide pandemic and the mail is slowed in lots of areas. All items here are made to order and shipped personally so please be patient. Nothing goes straight from a shelf, thrown into a box and shipped out without love. Thank you! - hyck
